Very nice condo.Hope,there are not so many restrictions like in the ones some of my friends live.The one I rented have very nice restrictions and fines.I got a ticket for taking the trash out 15 min.earlier!

I actually don't mind restrictions, I wouldn't live in a CC&Rs-less subdivision/condo, they protect my investment. As to you Damon, keep dreamimg! (Or if you have $12 I give you the phone number!) [

batu farrenghi is nice....only bad thing i'd have a hard time with is the call to prayer sirens they broadcast over the area at 5am every morning and then the same every evening....malaysian food is great!
