Sell 50 Bags and make $150+
And then resell the land[B)]...
Or sell more hot lava -- about $5M worth and then buy the piece of ground in Kapoho that is UNDERWATER yet still on the county TMK maps!

In a few hundred years, this area may be no less dangerous than most of lava zone 2 is now, including where I live. Buy it cheap today and pass it on to your grandkids and tell them to do the same. This $1500 investment will someday be worth millions of Euros to your great, great, great.........grandchildren.

You would be surprised how many people buy cheap properties with the exact purpose of passing it on in the family. I got a call from somebody last week, her father bought a lot in Nanawale Estates for $500 in 1993.
