Now doesn't this sound more practical?

Nancy, Rusty,

That is what I am talking about!
Sure your, 1st place aint gonna be the Taj Mahal, but you are proud of it and it is yours.
Today it has become the norm that a kid borrows the money to go to college and is strapped with debt from the get go.
Then he buys a brand new car on easy credit and then gets a mortgage or gets an apartment that is way nicer than what he can afford on what's left over from his pay check after paying his bills which includes credit card debt for a 42 inch tv, his 100/ month cable bill etc. Our society makes people have false pride. That is were they are afraid that people will look down on them for not having lots of the newest stuff. Or they would think less of him because he is delivering pizzas or mowing grass on the side to make some extra cash.

All he is doing is making creditors wealthy and will never be able to buy his own place because he will never be out of debt. At the same time he never learns how to use a hammer and turn a wrench. He has become nothing but an effete shell of a man and a tool to the bankers.

As a child growing up I remember building our house step by step, pay check to pay check. It took about two years but we did it and had a large beautiful home to live in. I intend to do the same. I will not have loan for my house, ever. If you don't know how to build, LEARN! If I can do it, you can do it.
