Pat Englehard, one of Billy Kenoi's supporters and current Director of Parks and Recreation, is fairly concise when asked why her department has failed to assess hazards in park facilities despite having plenty of funds to do so.

"I think it was just because we didn't get to it."

This department desperately needs new management.

Three consultants are getting $750,000 in taxpayer's dollars on this subject.

And these comments are from appointees to the Executive Branch of County Government which has been running the county for the last 8 years. No wonder we have problems, it's time for a change!
