Is their any Hairdressers out their, that have any problems transfering their licence to Hawaii?
Been licenced for 17 years in two different states, Have had problems in the past, to where I have had to walk paper work through each office by hand to get things done. Wondering if I should expect the same. In Hawaii?

Hawaii doesn't accept any other state's licenses.I am not aware of any exceptions.

they will as long as the hours required are the same as Hawaii, which is 2000 hours which I have I will still have to take a state rues and regs test. but not the long 4 hr cosmo.test
the state rules and regs test is short like 25 questions.
And you have had to been licenced for at least 3 years prior to moving your licence.
