Drafting Services

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to go about locating a draft person for a residence?

When found is there a standard contract to be signed to initiate this service and what does the contract cover?

I've used Cole Custom Drafting in the past with good results. I don't remember much about any contract though. They are VERY busy right now (or so I hear from a customer of mine), so they may take some time to get your plans finished.

Aloha mella, There are several listed in the BI phonebook under Drafting. I used Sam Kistle in Kalapana, I don't recall having a written contract, but he didn't expect payment until the plans had been stamped by the engineer.
