This is the “short” list.

Clear property and make a building pad…… $6000.00

Cesspool ….. $1800.00

Electrical…… $8000.00

Plumbing…… $7000.00

Paint contractor….. $6000.00

Catchment tank….. $5000.00

Cindar lot ……… $3500.00

Sheet rock (wallboard)…. $6500.00

Garage with slab(no labor, plumbing, elec.) $21000.00

These are some of the approximate figures that were quoted to me or about what my cost was. PLUS a lot of unforeseen things. There is also the cost of framing labor which may or may not include the roof and also don’t forget the flooring!

Your package may or may not include cabinets, plumbing fixtures and light fixtures.

Don’t give up though it’s only money!

It also depends on the size of the house and how much work you yourself do. My last
"project" to build cost me more than twice as much as the price of the house package itself from Trojan. (However, I did not do any of the work.)
