There's no $9 special advertisment or link. You have to go through the normal reservation process and enter in destinations, dates, etc. It will display the flights matching your destination and dates along with the prices for the various flights throughout that day. Some are $39 others will say $9 depending on what's available.

The other interisland airlines are matching this. I just got roundtrip tix on Hawaiian for me in November and for the Bear in December for $29.80, including all taxes and fees. Hawaiian still has LOTS of $9 flights on lots of days. Woohoo! Thanks Wegian.
