If any folks have had dealings with a "contractor" named Michael Williams, please let us share our near-disaster experience before you move forward.

We'll be happy to share our experience with this guy, as embarrassing as it was, and in hindsight, very naive on our part as well as our good friend and agent. I'm in Hades (Southern California) right now but will be home later in the week and will give you a short summary of how this guy almost screwed us. Just hope he is not still presenting himself as a contractor in Puna.
