The house I can not forget
#1
Aloha,everyone!
I keep reading this forum like a book.It should be called PunawebUniversity. Thanks,Rob and everyone who made it happen!
A have a ? to the realtors ,builders and everyone who knows about the house in Kalapana Sea View I can not forget.
It is not on the market anymore.I was not trying to buy it,but the architectural design was a masterpiece.
Three words : light,space ,elegance.
Though on my budget I'd better forget about the house...But I am hoping to use at least some ideas on my small future home.
Buy the way, that house wasn't big either.I think it was 1 bedroom(a studio with a huge loft).
Now the facts I remember.
1.It was still on the market in Septemer 2007.
2.The price was about $ 200000.
3.White tile all through the house.
4.In one of the pictures it was a hammock and a "cat entertainment center".
5.It was turn-key house, being sold with everything in it.
Was 5 years old, little lived in (only for vacation).
Thank you in advance.Sorry for the long post.

Aloha,everyone!
Thanks to the very prompt and efficient response from Jody Kenny (RE/MAX Island Surf Realty),now I have all the information on the house.
It is located on 12-316 Mapuana av. in Kalapana Sea View Estates.
Does anyone know who built it ?
I have all the pictures if someone needs to take a look.
It is one bedroom with circular stairs to the huge loft, white tile all trough the house.

Valerie Simpson designed it - she was drawing for HPM for awhile or stamping their stuff, I think. Builder is listed as O/B on house.

Thank you very much!
I was trying to "google" her earlier, but gave up after 7 pages. She was overcrowded by the singer with the same name.Very modest website. But sometimes the real thing doesn't need advertising.
