What's with the low flying choppers in HB and HS this morning? Before 7 am? They better be hunting a dangerous fugitive. Or is it Green Harvest protecting us from the scourge of marijuana?

It's not just annoying as hell. It's a colossal waste of time, money and resources. Rant over.
