One point I can make is that Olive does not propagate reliably from seed because it reverts readily. Olives are vegetatively propagated by grafting or by rooting cuttings.

Varieties like Kalamata and Sevillano seem to sell out. I have heard that Kalamata can only be propagated by grafting and that may limit availability.

And if you do ship in trees from elsewhere, please, please, please, take all precautions to verify that you are not importing a potential pest insect species. Think Coqui frogs, yellow jacket wasps, little fire ants....
