Makuu market place said yes to Steve to do the Huli Huli chicken today. When he went there to set up with the grill and all of the products they said no he could not set up. Go figure that one.

Do you have contact info for Steve you could share with me? My school is doing a Fun Day in Hilo as a fundraiser in late Feb. and Huli Huli chicken might be a good addition. Obviously a share of the proceeds would need to go to the school, but it sounds like there is enough margin for that. Mahalo Carol

Next weekend in Hilo there is going to be a big event in the park, Bob Marley Day and Ag fair. I would guess that they would be wanting food vendors... maybe you can pass it on. Also the following weekend will be the Chinese New Year Celebration... maybe he could add some five spice and call it "Ah So Huli Huli!" I wonder if he can do ducks with that contraption???
