Giving permission to hunt
#1
Has anyone done this? I'm kind of hesitant to do this due to potential liability if anyone was injured, either by an errant gun shot or the hunter getting hurt.

Hello Eight,

Around here, which is not there, we make hunters sign a waiver prior to access. If memory serves me it's better if you, the land owner, does not share in the game/take either. This is some legal thing.

I've seen several ranch owners tell people that they don't have permission to hunt their land but we wont press charges either or call the Game Warden. Basically if you shoot yourself you were tresspassing when ya did it.
