Mayor Kenoi to announce Action Team nominations

At last nights meeting in Keaau Mayor Kenoi announced that his selections for the PCDP Action Team will be sent to council next week.

This is Step One in the implementation of the PCDP.

Planning Department also stated that they will not resubmit former director Yuen's proposed amendments to the PCDP without first consulting the the assembled Action Team.

Despite the large number of people who heard this announcement at the meeting Hunter Bishop, the mayor's communications specialist, says he didn't hear it.

Nothing has been forthcoming since the date of announcement for the Action Committee has come and gone.
