Back to the area after being on the mainland for many years. Looking for an Open Mic to play some music. Please let me know if you know of any in Hilo/Puna. Many thanks!

Heather, welcome back. I believe I saw an Open Mic sign on the Pahoa Village Cafe the other day.

There are also Open Mic sessions at the Punatic Cafe at the Pahoa Marketplace shopping center.

I do not know their upcoming schedules. You will have to check that out.

Open Mic at Pahoa Village Cafe is every Thursday, I believe beginning at 9 PM.

I happened into the Punatic Cafe last Sunday and they had an open mic afternoon session.
