HPP Neighborhood Watch Meeting Saturday, October 3

Just a reminder that HPP Neighborhood Watch will meet in the HPP Activity Center Library at 9 a.m., Saturday, October 3. Any HPP resident with an interest in Neighborhood Watch is invited to attend.

We are also announcing the debut of our new website at www.hppwatch.ucoz.com . At this time it only has a home page with general information and a page with crime statistics for HPP along with maps showing crime locations for the last four months. We will eventually show stats and maps for the most recent six months, and we will soon add pages with general crime prevention tips, current alerts, and pertinent news items.

This is a fantastic tool, is there any possibility to add a forum or be able to post any alerts/photos of things currently happening so we can have an official documented site?

Noel, we are definitely looking at an alerts/photo posting function, but it will be fully moderated and screened. Unfortunately, there have been cases on other NW websites of pranks, inaccurate info, inflammatory postings, and other mischief.
