I apologize for missing the first meeting of the Puna Community Development Plan Action Committee.

Aloha Kim,

Elizabeth and I went, and stayed for the initial oath taking and organization.
Barbara Bell was elected Chair and Frank Commendador Vice Chair.
They were going through the agenda items on their operating procedures, vision, mission, etc.
There were about 10 people there, other than committee and County gov folks working the meeting.
Some of us gave brief testimony. Mine was for the A.C. to "keep faith with the hundreds of people who have worked on this already..."
