So will they beable to recapitalize? or will they get taken over by the FDIC?

Rumors are that a takeover is likely...

Another option is purchase by another company. Their problem is being so top heavy with loans in California - not a good market for anybody at the present, otherwise their capitalization was over the normal minimums.
