Getting car keys made

I lost our second Dodge Neon car key - and I was told that I could get one on ebay. I tried that but I still need to have it cut and programmed. The last time I had a key made for this car it cost more than $100 at the Dodge place in Hilo, over 4 years ago.

Any ideas of where I could get a second key made for less than that?

It's not the cutting that cost so much. It is getting the key programed so the key will allow the motor to run. No cheap way around it that I know of.
