complaining people.

Now Stillhope, believe this or not but I have heard a rumor that the primary complaining party is relocating to the mainland due to employment opportunities.

Once in a while some problems solve themselves.

But the special use permit compliance issue, once opened as it has been, will still need to be resolved and by all appearances SPACE is on that path of resolution.
