In my last post I forgot to mention an important part of all HPP meetings. Near the beginning of Wednesday's meeting (and all regular Board meetings) there will be Owner Imput. Any HPP property owner has three minutes to ask questions or make comments. Sometimes Board members and/or the Association Manager respond to these, and sometimes they don't. I frequently make use of this important opportunity.
