Hi, anyone have any ENT they have gone to. In particular, this is sinus problem possibly chronic sinusitis and the need for some kind of surgery to open things up. No insurance, and too much in the bank account to qualify for government health care. Any good suggestions? Happy to pay cash for any work that is done, hopefully it is not a million dollars or not possible. Thanks!

I have suffered with sinus all my life and have found a few things that help a lot. Surgery is a bit drastic in my opinion and I have heard has mixed results. if you are interested in some simple and inexpensive homeopathic remedies for sinus trouble email and I will share them with you.

Please don't waste your money on homeopathy.

Homeopathy = water = placebo
I knew someone with chronic sinus problems who was helped by surgery. But not on the Big Island. Good luck.

The surgery didn't help me. Saline irrigation helps. Increasing fluid intake can help. Eating substantially more hot peppers in my food helps me. Edit to add I do the FLONASEĀ® too.

couple of times a year I get the same deal dr prescribed:
laratadine (claritan) 10 mg 2x a day plus a script for
FLONASEĀ®
(fluticasone propionate) Nasal Spray, 50 mcg
I I am not careful it develops into a strep like sore throat
Dr seems to think its a combo of the vog and allergy to the jungle I "garden"
good luck
