I need someone to bush hog (rough mowing) about a half acre in Mountain View. Just requires a tractor and a frail mower. Anyone have a recomendation for someone to do this work?

You sure you need a flail mower? I use my brush hog for grass up to 4 or 5 feet tall with no problem.... and I am in Mt. View.

I was looking for a frail mower because I think there are some large rocks and old stumps in among the grass and weeds. I found a guy that did it with a regular mower and he did indeed find some large rocks and old stumps. Came out ok. He didn't break anything.

When I mow a new area we run the blade down along the ground so we hit with that and not the mower. Saves a lot of trouble!
