Acid free document sleeves needed

Does anyone know of a place in Hilo that sells acid free sleeves for preserving documents? I have some old letters on cheap 1930's and '40's paper in need of protection.

I'd look on the internet.... should be easy to have mailed in.

Not completely related but I needed a thermostat for a Kenmore fridge. Sears
had to order the part and it would be $64. I got it on the internet, free shipping,
for $8.95.

Genealogists and librarians often use these sleeves, but that is definetely a specialty item. I am wondering if someone affiliated with the LDS might not have a lead on where to get these. I think it was LDS librarians who instructed me on the importance of using these as well as "non-sticky" photo sleeves.

Try Ben Franklin. They lots of acid-free scrapebook products. A document sleeve may be there too.

I would consult with that Picture Frame shop across the street from Ben Franklin. He explains archival options to his customers and shows them how to do it themselves or he can do it for you.
