Wow. The world is a better place because of this wonderful person.
22 years old, I cannot remember him saying a single judgmental thing.
My wife Jenna remembers him as "an old soul."
Killed by a drunk driver last night (Saturday, Memorial weekend)

Yes...Very sad. He was a good looking kid with his whole life ahead of him.

I didn't know Ted personally, but I often saw him around town, at local functions, and at the beach, where he could often be found studying or practicing juggling. He struck me as a thoughtful, grounded young man. His passing is indeed a great loss to our community.

Ted was a bright light to be sure. I knew him and I used to pick him up a lot hitchhiking when he didn't have a car. Every single time I saw him he was in a great mood even if it was pouring rain or steamy hot outside and he had been waiting a really long time for a ride. He was the nicest guy you'd ever want to meet. He was really excited about going to school in Hilo and learning about music, which he dearly loved. A talented wonderful person. A huge loss for us all.
