Slow drivers don't just irritate the drivers behind them. They also cause risk-taking (unsafe passing, cars pulling out in front of other drivers); it also creates long unbroken lines of cars which makes left turns nearly impossible. If you're driving 10-25 MPH below the limit, you're probably not in a hurry, so what would a few seconds cost you to pull over and let others pass :-)
