Looking for an electrician

My friend's house is having electrical issues - some outlets are working, some all of a sudden are not. Doesn't seem to be an obvious pattern to the outages. Can anyone recommend an electrical contractor to hunt down and fix the problem ? Thanks.

Hi Punaperson, we recently used someone I found on Craigslist to do some wiring for us and he did GREAT work. He is not an electrician per se but very knowledgeable and affordable. If it is NOT something he can handle he will tell you so straight out. We was a licensed contractor in California. Check the GFI outlets, if one trips it will take out all the other outlets on the same circuit.
