Building question

There is a company that build permitted container homes, complete with toilets, etc. I saw a nice lot in Nanawale, but the minimum size requirement is 880 sq. ft.

Does anyone know where I might be able to "legally" have this built?

A container is 40x7, or 40 x 8 feet.

The contractor claims to coordinate all necessary installations.

You can add a lanai...I believe that counts towards the sq. footage. (Might be wrong but check on that)
