Does anyone know of a beauty school in Hilo or Puna?
My elderly mother is visiting for 3 weeks and she likes to get a shampoo and set once a week. On the mainland she has it done at the local ad beauty school for $5.
I tried google, but the one beauty school listed is no longer on this side and has moved to Kona. Phone disconnected.
If no beauty school, does anyone know of a cheap place she can get a weekly shampoo and set around here?
