Mobi PCS Cell service in Puna Mauka?

Does anyone have Mobi in upper Puna? Any reviews would be appreciated. I am looking to switch plans and the Mobi cost of $49 unlimited everything is WAY lower than my current Verizon plan...

I get pretty good reception at home with my Verizon phone...and don't want to reduce my level of service...just my cost.
