Been around 2 days. Black with purple collar and tags.
Can't get near it. So afraid. Think it is a female.
Sleek coat, long skinny tail. Badly bowed legs.
If I knew its name maybe
I could get close enough to read the tags.
Poor thing looks bad. Too late now to call the Humane Soc.
