Ya, I saw this a couple nights ago on the news too...Very lucky man...must have had one of those waterproof phones because that was the only way he could call for help. Ten miles offshore in a 14 foot boat...and I am debating whether or not to start commercial fishing on my 24 double hull. Talk about having some skin in the game. At least I have an EPIRB
