New Adult Lap Swim Hours at Pahoa Pool

Starting on Monday, December 2, 2013, the Pahoa pool will be changing its schedule to include an adults-only long course lap swim between noon at 1:15 PM, Monday through Friday.

Personally, I like the change, but I thought people with kids or who prefer short course lap swimming might want to know about this ahead of time.

I don't work there so I don't know the reason behind this change.

Personally I think they should keep the short course, reason why would be --- because they can get more lanes from short laps (25 yards vs. 50 yards). I was just there and they had moved the bulkhead to the end of the pool. So I guess... they will be changing over the lanes later.

I don't really prefer one over the other, I prefer what can accommodate the most people to keep more happy.
