Plane In Water on Molokai

I just this breaking news on MauiNow.com and wanted to share 12/11/13: Tail end of plane sticking out of the water about a half mile from shore at Kalaupapa, Molokai. Rescue effort underway. Preliminary reports indicate there may be as many as 8 individuals in the water with life vests. Details to follow.

The only thing I found interesting in that story is that the State Health Director serves as the Mayor of that part of Kalapaupa, the old leper colony, and she was traveling there in that capacity.
