Fern acres cell tower

Yesterday the Windward Planning Commission Approved plans for a cell tower to be installed on private property in Fern Acers at Hibiscus and Rose streets.

I wonder if a cellular tower is a permitted agricultural use?

I'm glad to hear this. We have pitiful cell service at our house. Just glad to have a land line and cable.
