2 sets of red lights over hpp

Anyone notice those 2 sets of red lights in the sky coming from the beach in hpp toward the volcano but no noise at all like if they were a chopper or a plane. saw them from 15th just now. thought it was fireworks at first but they were traveling steadily

they were below the cloud cover so pretty low, should have heard an engine. must have been in stealth mode, kind of weird
