Oil Spill - what if?

I was involved in spill response/hazmat for many years on the mainland. There are many hazards that untrained people wouldnt be aware of. "Just because your doing good doesnt mean bad things cant happen to you"

I would be interested in the training (I have also been on refinery & test lab response teams - and did trainer work for a research lab, so I have some idea on the risk, but have not dealt with oiled, injured animals....that is a whole new relm...)
