Yup. Howard Dicus this AM told us HNN viewers that HI has one of the highest (but we already knew that).

$1 = 86-88 cents in HI,NY and CA.
$1.07 to $1.14 in many of the midwest and some gulf coast states

But I can walk 800 ft to the ocean and cant do that in the midwest.
