House Sitter with References
House sitter needs to locate another good situation around the beginning of the year...date depending on the sale of house. Non smoking, non drinking, no drugs, no illegal activity, no other guests. Just mature woman and one sweet indoor cat.
Honest and trustworthy. Does not drive, would need transportation into town once a week for her groceries and things. Has watched house in Mt. View for 3 years. Previously house sitter and companion for 8 years to Akaka Falls resident. Could assist with utility expense $100.00. No yard work or heavy labor. Brings peace of mind, while you are away.
