I was on a board with these guys for a few years...they are top shelf businessmen. The only consideration I would have is their fees are high to the guest making them less competitive in the market meaning you may have some vacancies but depending on the location and demand you may not.
Whomever you use, start off with a short term contract to evaluate.

Yes, let me know. I only know a couple of realtors and they don't like to do rentals.

There are quite a few down here who act as custodians or caretakers and most are breaking the law.This is where you get into the hot mess.We actually have one person here who does property management that way and he has about a dozen restraining orders and has caused one of my friends to be involved in a lawsuit.I have another friend who is afraid to fire him because of retaliation.
