Perhaps they should reopen the leper colony for those that don't Want to get vaccinated. I see no problem with segregating the 'infected' people.

I would guess it's Dr Lorrin Pang of Maui. He is a garden variety nut, against vaccines and GMOs and believes in chemtrails.
Seems to work for the Maui Dept of Health! But always seems to speak as a "private citizen".
