Yesterday I was at HD and found a kitchen light I wanted but thought the price was too high, so I inputted the basic stats into my phone and an almost identical model popped up on the HD web site for 1/3 less cost.

But what I never saw before on the HD web site was that it was ship-to-home for free. To Hawaii. Thinking it wouldn't work, I bought the light online right there in the aisle. It took the order.

Today I looked and there is a UPS delivery confirmation number for the purchase.

I highly recommend everyone to try this at HD and other stores as well - Target, Walmart, etc. all have web stores with often times lower than Hawaii retail prices. With free shipping, sometimes no tax, and easy returns to the brick and mortar shop, Terracore hits the bullseye with this tip!

For example... Target, had a 4" mattress topper for 200 bucks, The cashier said, you might want to look online to see if it's any cheaper.

A few days later, I did... it was 159 bucks, Plus a 15% off easter sale, and a 10% off bed/bath coupon that stacked... Plus I used my red card that I didn't have with me... For a total of 128 bucks!!

Then I thought I'd have a problem at the returns desk... NOPE! EASY! They took my receipt and applied it to my in store receipt.... Gave me cash back. Going to try this trick with everything I buy from now on.

If wally world will ship then you can go to their clearance site online. Which, in orders over $50 ship free. But that's not the real bonus because, the clearance site will have 50-80% discounted items. Last time I ordered 11.97 slippas in my size, and depending on the color which had different clearance prices, for $58 bucks, I got 17 of em delivered to SW Florida.

You still gotta watch wally though Because, I bought an odd numbered lot to equal just over $50, but they still tacked on 6-7 bucks for shipping. I didn't feel like arguing it because,, those are the best slippas in the whole world and I would have gladly paid the 11.97 for a few pair a year, every year, if they'd had them in stock. Not to leave out, because normally I'd take their web site to task to get the shipping removed, but, It was so cheap, I'd hunted for em so long, all I wanted at that point was to know it would work. with tax that's $217.73, so it's right about 75% discount and delivered to my door too.

Next time, I'm thinking, try and get clearance to ship a toilet to Vladimir Putin. Because, that guy clearly needs something to dump that load he's been holding all these years into. My contribution to world peace.
