Center Bathroom

I'm sure there's more ventilation out the door of most bathrooms than out the tiny windows that are in most. If you want real ventilation, use a fan.

I've got a corner bathroom with 2 windows and a 6' glass sliding door exiting to a small private garden with outdoor shower and claw tub. Other bath is in a corner as well with another outdoor shower. I could never understand the desire for a centered bathroom, seems unsanitary.

I think the OP was suggesting that having a central bathroom would ruin your life rather than anything to do with hygiene or ventilation.
