I'm considering purchasing a lot in Nanawale. Does anyone of you know of any cases where the HOA has cracked down on unpermitted dwellings?

Such action is usually reported in HOA meeting minutes.
http://www.nanawale.com/images/2016-even...1_2016.pdf It "seems like" the HOA only cracks down on "nuisance" unpermitted, not sure what would happen with some nice clean "everything but the permit" construction.

Thank you for your response.
I have read all the minutes and other protocols being posted online and they don't reveal a lot about this topic. Aside from what's written in the protocol, have you heard any stories in Nanawale?

There are at least two properties on my street in Nanawale that have unpermitted dwellings. I have been here going on 5 years and the dwellings were here before me. People live in them and do a relatively good job of keeping the property grounds neat. Maybe that get fined? I don't know, but if so it hasn't stopped them from still living there.
