Actual shipping cost is certainly more than $10, so you can net some free stuff if you need it.

Thanks for posting, I've been wanting to try LED bulbs. You can also get additional 6 globe LED bulbs for an extra $10.

This statement is from the application page :
"I confirm that I am a residential electric utility customer of Hawaii, Honolulu or Maui county."
You have to be hooked up to Helco's grid to get this deal !
I am and I think it's great !

I can't use flow restricted plumbing fixtures as flow is to low to trigger my on-demand water heater.

If you don't need the aerators the LED deals they had at costco were better. For $10 you could get nearly 20 bulbs. Not counting gas, of course.

Not all led bulbs are created equal. Figure out what colors you like, IE cool blue type (sunlight bulbs) or the warm yellow glows.
I got a remote controlled amazon alexa wifi bulbs. Couldn't be happier, comes on and goes into nightlight (moves modes) on our schedule... all in all saving us even more bucks by not be full on brightness. plus my bulb can also change spectrum colors on the fly! Now that's smart!
I think the deal is ok, but if you really want to save some money....they should be offering solar panels and inverters. The low flow water wouldn't save me much since I am on ondemand gas heater.
