Shipman is redefining their plans & goals for the proposed Gateway Center commercial developement (intersection of 130 bypass & 11). They are looking to expand the proposed (not yet approved) developement from 32 to 109 acres (to be built out over 20 years time. This increase will vastly change the scope of the developement (PKP mall is only on 39 acres!), probably require another feader route for Puna, but will also help offset infrastructure costs.....
