State turning down "free" money
#11
I would take the position the applicants "lost" money

There is much to be said for "opportunity" cost ....money lost while sitting on the sidelines waiting to be put to work

on the other hand the bananas were of pretty poor quality - no great loss there - grin

This is where the state messes up.
Even Al Capone had to pay federal taxes (which is where Capone screwed up).

He thinks he will be open by the end of this year.

Which means he will have to renew his dispensary license = free money.
