Drive Electric Week - Electric Car Show - Hilo

Aloha everyone,

If you're an electric car owner, interested in one, or would like to learn about the role of electric cars in Hawaii's sustainability goals, join the Big Island EV Association in celebration of National Drive Electric Week. We will be at The Home Depot in Hilo on Saturday, September 16, from 9:00AM to noon.

This is a great opportunity to meet other EV owners, to learn about electric car benefits and ownership experiences, and to see the latest EVs – Nissan LEAF, Chevy Volt and Bolt, Tesla Model S and X, BMW i3, and others.

We hope to see you there. Bring your family and friends! This is a free event.

Thanks Noel, we are new owners of pre-owned Leaf...
The Kia Soul EV has me really interested...as soon as we can find a pre-owned one! Like the idea of using a very popular vehicle platform & doing the electric drive train, rather than a limited run specialty platform (we are finding that getting many "little: things like rain visors, seat covers & such are almost impossible with such a low production volume vehicle like the Leaf...something we really did not even think of prior to purchase!)
