This is an update on the web server upgrade schedule and downtime previously announced. See below for original notice.

The server downtime for the upgrade will now start between 2:00 and 3:00 pm on Sunday, September 10th. The duration will be a minimum of four hours, and may be longer depending on details of upgrade completion.
